Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven capability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and guests
  • Ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience
  • Strong leadership abilities with a genuine, impactful management style
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage financial aspects including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle scheduling and day-to-day operations to maintain smooth venue function
