Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years management experience in kitchen bar restaurant or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Customer service proficiency
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service actively addressing guest complaints
  • Hone operational execution scheduling staffing to meet center needs
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop relationships with league bowlers adhering to formats and managing league administration
  • Recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead team through motivation leveraging individual strengths delegate tasks effectively
  • Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction provide staff training and supervision
  • Work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
