Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years management experience in kitchen bar restaurant or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people developer
- Customer service proficiency
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service actively addressing guest complaints
- Hone operational execution scheduling staffing to meet center needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop relationships with league bowlers adhering to formats and managing league administration
- Recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead team through motivation leveraging individual strengths delegate tasks effectively
- Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction provide staff training and supervision
- Work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
