Job Requirements
- At least two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in managing food and beverage operations financially
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate teams and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proven capability to manage both day-to-day operations and strategic planning
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina for high-volume, fast-paced work environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage the full scope of restaurant and entertainment operations including financial management and labor optimization
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle scheduling and workforce management to support peak business demand
