Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
  • ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule an effective team of hourly staff
  • lead, motivate, and delegate to team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
