Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods
- capability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guest satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional service
- solicit guest feedback and proactively resolve complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- capitalize on business opportunities through marketing execution including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league communications and administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks to maximize productivity
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
- train staff to ensure consistent execution of corporate food and beverage standards
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
