Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods
  • capability to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • proven ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • exceptional people developer with a focus on staff training and growth
  • customer service oriented with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guest satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • solicit guest feedback and proactively resolve complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
  • capitalize on business opportunities through marketing execution including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league communications and administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks to maximize productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, maintaining quality and guest satisfaction
  • train staff to ensure consistent execution of corporate food and beverage standards
  • maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
