Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or related operations
- Ability to lead and supervise team members
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Hone operational execution and optimize staff scheduling
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officials
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Manage and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and compliance
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
