Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
- Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations, from detailed daily tasks to strategic planning
- Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and entertainment operations to maintain service and quality standards
- Control food and beverage costs and optimize labor efficiency
- Handle scheduling, compliance, and safety standards to meet company policies and regulations
