Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • able to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
  • schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league activities
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • motivate and lead team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand food and beverage program and ensure quality standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
