- minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal skills
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league activities
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- motivate and lead team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage program and ensure quality standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
