Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to develop and mentor team members
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging their strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee Food & Beverage program to ensure quality standards and execute corporate initiatives
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
