Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to develop and mentor team members
- knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging their strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee Food & Beverage program to ensure quality standards and execute corporate initiatives
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
