Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 2 years of management experience in relevant food and beverage or entertainment operations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capacity for multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service
- solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training to ensure corporate initiative execution
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
