Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints in real-time
- schedule staffing to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team, delegating responsibilities effectively
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
