Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • flexible and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • proactive in team development and problem-solving

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints in real-time
  • schedule staffing to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, delegating responsibilities effectively
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
