Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- ability to lead and develop a team
- excellent communication skills
- flexible availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- knowledge of POS register systems
- ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods of time
- willingness to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform league administrative duties
- recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity delegate tasks
- oversee management and expansion of the center’s food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards provide ongoing training and supervision to maintain corporate standards and foster sales culture
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
