Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in food service or entertainment operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
  • Proven customer service expertise
  • Familiarity with POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and optimize staffing levels to enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats and manage related administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly staff members
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate responsibilities to staff to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary
