Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- Familiarity with POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Continually improve operational execution and optimize staffing levels to enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats and manage related administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly staff members
- Lead, motivate, and delegate responsibilities to staff to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary
