Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing appropriately
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive league and open play sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule talented hourly staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand Food and Beverage programs with ongoing staff training
