Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing appropriately
- Execute marketing strategies to drive league and open play sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule talented hourly staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand Food and Beverage programs with ongoing staff training
