Job Requirements

  • associate degree or higher
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in a related hospitality or food service environment
  • proven leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • capability to lift moderate weights with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • solicit valuable feedback and resolve guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate team effectively
  • drive food and beverage sales and ensure quality standards
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
