Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program with ongoing training and supervision
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
