Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program with ongoing training and supervision
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
