Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • able to supervise center operations staff

  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, solicit guest feedback, and resolve guest complaints
  • Hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels effectively
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members, delegate tasks to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee Food and Beverage program management and expansion, provide training to maintain quality and sales
