Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service, solicit guest feedback, and resolve guest complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels effectively
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members, delegate tasks to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee Food and Beverage program management and expansion, provide training to maintain quality and sales
