Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- Schedule staffing levels to ensure optimal operational execution
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
