Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in related fields
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and lead teams effectively
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
  • Schedule staffing levels to ensure optimal operational execution
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
