Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Two plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to motivate and develop hourly team members
- Basic knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and manage guest complaints
- Schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize center operations
- Execute marketing strategies to increase sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead a diverse team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee Food & Beverage program management and expansion
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
