Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • manage and expand the food and beverage program to maintain quality and drive sales
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
