Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- manage and expand the food and beverage program to maintain quality and drive sales
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
