Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Continuously improve operational execution and optimize staffing schedules
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to maximize satisfaction and productivity, delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide training and supervision for corporate standards
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
