Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Continuously improve operational execution and optimize staffing schedules
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to maximize satisfaction and productivity, delegate responsibilities effectively
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide training and supervision for corporate standards
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
