Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of management experience in related food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • physical capability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, delegating tasks to optimize productivity
  • oversee and expand the center’s food and beverage program, providing training and supervision to ensure quality and sales growth
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
