Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
