Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- Schedule staff to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and develop the food and beverage program ensuring quality and sales growth
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
