Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance
  • Committed team player with leadership potential

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
  • Schedule staff to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and develop the food and beverage program ensuring quality and sales growth
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
