Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people development skills
- Customer service proficiency
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties for leagues
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team through effective motivation, leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity, and delegate tasks efficiently
- Oversee management and expansion of Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality standards, guest satisfaction, and consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
