Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or related operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise operations staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit guest feedback, and resolve complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution by scheduling adequate staffing to maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies to drive bowling leagues and open play sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, organize league formats, distribute announcements, and perform league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate staff by delegating responsibilities and leveraging team members' strengths to maximize productivity
  • Oversee and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction while providing ongoing training and supervision
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
