Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints
- Continuously improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members, delegate tasks effectively to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days
