- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to increase sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers including administrative tasks
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center hourly staff
- Lead and motivate team members to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
