Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work extended hours as needed
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, delegate responsibilities, and maximize center productivity
- Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
