Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to work extended hours as needed
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate responsibilities, and maximize center productivity
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
