Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks to maximize productivity
  • Oversee and grow the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
