Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

- Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and enhance guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks to maximize productivity
- Oversee and grow the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
