Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • two plus years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
  • ability to supervise team and delegate tasks effectively
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
  • ability to work extended shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • solicit valuable feedback and actively resolve guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels
  • capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program with high quality standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
