- two plus years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- ability to supervise team and delegate tasks effectively

- ability to work extended shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service
- solicit valuable feedback and actively resolve guest complaints
- continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program with high quality standards
- work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
