Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties
- Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team effectively motivate team members leverage their strengths ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate tasks
- Oversee management and expansion of Food and Beverage program ensuring highest standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide training and supervision for consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- Work varying shifts including nights weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
