Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- exceptional people developer
- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of POS register systems
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks
- oversee and expand Food and Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
