Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people developer
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks
  • oversee and expand Food and Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
