Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • customer service orientation
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • ability to handle physical demands such as walking, bending, standing for periods, and lifting with assistance

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center's needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
  • adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
  • leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • delegate responsibilities effectively
  • oversee the management and expansion of your center's food and beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • remain flexible with the ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center
