Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • Oversee the center’s Food & Beverage program, maintain quality standards, and promote sales culture
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
