Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints actively
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies including league and open play bowling
  • Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and consistent execution
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
