Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints actively
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies including league and open play bowling
- Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and consistent execution
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
