Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of management experience in food service or related operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Basic physical ability to lift objects with some assistance
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team growth
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- Schedule staff levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, delegating tasks to maximize productivity
- Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
