Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of management experience in food service or related operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Basic physical ability to lift objects with some assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team growth

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Customer service oriented

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
  • Schedule staff levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • Develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administration
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegating tasks to maximize productivity
  • Oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
