Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of management experience in related food service or hospitality roles
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance
- demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
- proficiency with POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Champion exceptional guest service and resolve complaints timely
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers including administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and compliance with corporate standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
