Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of management experience in related food service or hospitality roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people development skills
  • customer service expertise
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Champion exceptional guest service and resolve complaints timely
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers including administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and compliance with corporate standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
