Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to lead and develop a diverse team
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
  • willingness to work in a busy entertainment environment
  • basic knowledge of bowling and entertainment center operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people developer
  • customer service expertise
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • consistently deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program while ensuring quality standards
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
