Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to lead and develop a diverse team
- physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- willingness to work in a busy entertainment environment
- basic knowledge of bowling and entertainment center operations preferred
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- consistently deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program while ensuring quality standards
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
