Job Duties
- deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints
- schedule and manage staffing to optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and handle administrative league duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
