Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints
  • schedule and manage staffing to optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and handle administrative league duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
