Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years management experience in a related role
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to remain on feet and walk, bend for extended periods
- capability to lift objects with assistance
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- valid work authorization
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree
- two plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proven ability as a people developer
- customer service expertise
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- act as champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continuously improve operational execution and staff scheduling
- execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and league officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
