Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years management experience in a related role
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to remain on feet and walk, bend for extended periods
  • capability to lift objects with assistance
  • strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree
  • two plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proven ability as a people developer
  • customer service expertise
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • act as champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • continuously improve operational execution and staff scheduling
  • execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and league officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and operational productivity
  • oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
