Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- motivate and lead team members, delegate responsibilities to maximize center productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
