Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and improve operations
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team by delegating tasks and leveraging individual strengths
- Oversee food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
