Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints effectively
  • schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
