Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints effectively
- schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
