Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive bowling league and open play sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Motivate and delegate responsibilities to team members
  • Oversee food and beverage management ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
