Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Implement marketing strategies to drive bowling league and open play sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Oversee food and beverage management ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
