Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience in related management roles
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • excellent people development skills
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service
  • solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • schedule staff to meet operational needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand food and beverage operations
  • provide ongoing training and supervision
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
