Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in related management roles
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor's degree preferred
- ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- schedule staff to meet operational needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage operations
- provide ongoing training and supervision
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
