Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant management experience
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • good interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and occasionally lift with assistance
  • commitment to guest satisfaction
  • capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player

  • customer service oriented
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members and delegate tasks
  • oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program
  • work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
