Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant management experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and occasionally lift with assistance
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members and delegate tasks
- oversee management and expansion of food and beverage program
- work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
