Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in hospitality or entertainment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
  • willingness to support the team and center operations
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • excellent people development skills
  • customer service expertise
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
