Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in hospitality or entertainment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
- willingness to support the team and center operations
- commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent people development skills
- customer service expertise
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints effectively
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
