Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours

- Previous experience recruiting, hiring, and training staff

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise and motivate center operations staff
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with POS register systems
- Excellent guest service and people development skills
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints proactively
- Schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to grow league and open play business
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and league officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center team members
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and consistent standards
