Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift with assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience recruiting, hiring, and training staff
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Willingness to fill in for General Manager as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise and motivate center operations staff
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with POS register systems
  • Excellent guest service and people development skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints proactively
  • Schedule staff to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to grow league and open play business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and league officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center team members
  • Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and consistent standards
