Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform other administrative duties associated with leagues
- Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team through effective motivation leveraging team members' strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate tasks effectively
- Oversee management and expansion of the center’s food and beverage program ensuring highest quality and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- Work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by the center
